The Governing Body meets three (3) times per year. Each meeting is chaired by our Non-Executive Director Professor Helen Higson and quorum is a minimum of two directors one of which must be an independent member.
Governing Body dates for 2023: Birmingham Monday 24th April, Portsmouth Thursday 3rd August, Online 30th November.
Governing Body dates for 2024: Thursday 28th March, Thursday 4th July, Thursday 21st November.
The Governing Body and governance arrangements are reviewed for their effectiveness annually at the last meeting of the calendar year. A Schedule and Reporting Calendar for the subsequent year is agreed upon to outline areas of discussion throughout the year.
Minutes of the meeting are recorded in type form and typically available four to six weeks after each meeting. Availability and version control of each set of minutes are available on request by email at upe.info@navitas.com
