The Governing Body has approved a scheme of delegation through its own Terms of Reference creating the Sub-Committees and delegating operation of the Company to management. There are currently two Sub-Committees and one operational Executive Leadership Team that supports the delegation of governance practices and responsibilities afforded to them by the Governing Body. Each Sub-Committee and the Executive Leadership Team have additional members who are added for their skills and experience. The decisions and recommendations of these Sub-Committees and Executive Leadership Team are formally reported to the Governing Body through minutes of the meetings and Chairperson attendance at the Governing Body meetings. Their membership and Terms of Reference (with the exception of the Executive Leadership Team) are reviewed on an annual basis in this report.
